We are Nathan and William Pickard and we are members of Redwinter Bakery Cooperative in The Heights neighborhood in Tulsa Oklahoma. 


At Redwinter Bakery, we believe bread should be simple, wholesome, and made with care. That's why every loaf is handcrafted, organic, 100% wholewheat, slowly fermented, and tastes amazing. Our bread is extremely healthy and great for your gut.

Our goal is to make amazing bread accessible to busy families and bread lovers in our community. Through convenient pickup locations and subscription options, we make it easy to enjoy fresh bread every week.
